Sales & Customer Success Specialist (German Speaker – Dental / Cosmetics Industry)

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Success Specialist with strong sales and closing experience, ideally within the dental and/or cosmetics industry.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with customers, handle objections, and consistently achieve sales targets while communicating with German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing Communicate with German-speaking customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services Handle objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Requirements Proven experience in sales, closing, or customer service roles Demonstrated history of achieving sales results and targets Previous experience in the dental and/or cosmetics industry is highly preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to handle customer objections and close deals Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven mindset Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Languages German: Fluent / Native (mandatory) English: Professional proficiency (mandatory) French: Nice to have What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based commission Remote working opportunity International work environment Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company
